2015-2016 I've got something to show you!
This new program shows young professionals at work in specialised jobs that are less known to Bonaire. The purpose of this programm is to motivate Bonaire students to think out of the box and discover new challanges. With help and guidance of the schools students could further develop their education abroad and bring their knowledge and experience to the island.

2014 1+1=3 TV SHOW
Sequel to the succesfull Proverbio TVshow in 2012, we produced a new TV-quiz with the 9 teams of the elementary schools of Bonaire. This 4 episode TV-program will focus on math, counting and (saving)money. We recorded thison Bonaire in January 2014.

2013 Jong Bonaire Brass Band
June 2013. Members of the Jong Bonaire Brass Band wisited the Netherlands for a week of training and fun. They performed on "The Final" a grand youth sportsevent in the Rotterdam Ahoy sportscentre. Click here to see their video.

2013 Waste education contest
March 2013. Bonaire primary schools were invited to join in a waste education contest: the children were asked to decorate their own waste containers for paper, plastic, drinking cans and glass. Click

2013 FireGoogs on Bonaire
December 2012: Bon Kousa introduced FireGoogs safety glasses on Bonaireto to prevent eye injury at the traditional 31th December/New Years firework display. See here the pictures.

2013 Waste separation
Fundashon Bon Kousa initiated the start of collecting separate waste like glas, plastic, aluminium and paper at schools. All schools of Bonaire received 4 colorfull kliko's to start educating the children about reuse, reduce and recycling. Read more...

2012 Educational Televison
Fundashon Bon Kousa is developing Educational School TV on Bonaire. First project is a proverb quiz where 6 schools and 150 candidates will batlle for the title "Best Proverbio School 2012". Read more...

2012 Environmental Radio
On request of several environmental stakeholders, Fundahon Bon Kousa has developed "Radio Limpi", broadcasting live radio shows from the bario's on Bonaire. Read more...

2012 Karko Lobatus
Fundashon Bon Kousa is working together with STINAPA, the Bonaire National Parks Board, on a new childrens book about the life of Karko Lobatus, a Bonaire Queen conch.

2011 Proverbio
Based on a popular book from 1963 we will re-issue a Proverbio book, this time illustrated with photographs and Antillian proverbs translated in Dutch and English. We feel it is important for the Papiamentu language these proverbs will not be forgotten. Teenagers from Jong Bonaire and SGB help us realise this book. Read more...

2010 Adopt a Conch
In 2010 a 3-year Conch stock restoration project started, under the wings of Stinapa. The endangered queen conch and Lac Bay need to be protected. To create awareness ánd to generate funds for extra actions like the protection of the see grass beds we developed the 'adopt a conch'-program. Read more...

2010 Mangazina di Rei
We support Mangazina di Rei Cultural Park and Learning Centre in Rincon and we help them with their strategy, appearance and presentation. We developed a new identity & signing and prepared a new website as well as printed material for visitors. As funds allow this will be gradually implemented. Read more..
